Upgraded house with an open concept living room / kitchen. Fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, washer & dryer all available. There is a locking, outdoor, metal shed you can use for storage. The house is located on the outskirts of the downtown flowery branch area. There is a farmers market every Thursday you could walk or drive too and, before COVID, they tended to do a monthly 'festival' with live music and booths. We are also right up the street from the police department. You never really hear them but it is an extra safe area. I also have an alarm system that I use every night or anytime we all leave the house. We are up the street from a train track. You don't really hear the train but for in the winter, but even then its muffled (and you really do stop hearing it at some point). The house is only one mile away from the highway along with a Target, Publix, Kohls, Ross, TJMaxx, Staples, Home Depot, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, and many more restaurants and salons. I do have Netflix and Hulu available if you would like to use them. I use a roku on the TV in my room and in the living room. $50 application, $150 admin, down payment deposit depending on credit.
