SF seeking a private unfurnished room for rent that allows pets in a shared townhouse, patio home,or house that has a fenced backyard or enclosure.

I have a small dog & a tortoise.

Far West Valley preferred, but I will consider anything within a 30-mile commute to Central Phoenix.

My budget is $900 or less per month for total combined rent + utilities.

Not selective toward potential housemates that fit within any particular age, race, religion, or gender preference demographic.

I'm tidy, keep to myself & spend most of my time in my room watching movies unless cooking, doing laundry, or attending to my (4-legged) girls.

Looking for a stable, relatively quiet, & drama-free environment because I WFH most of the time & I'm only in-office once a week.

My employer requires me to connect directly into a router when I WFH.

I'm willing to contribute toward household monthly internet service fees in exchange for the ability to plug directly into yours, or I can also secure my own separate service & router if your current wiring supports it.

I also have a current fingerprint clearance card that indicates that I passed a DPS Background Check.
