This is a 3-bedroom home that currently has one tenant who works from home and uses one bedroom as an office. The house comes fully furnished, has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, new fridge, and has recently been renovated. The available bedroom has a tv, dresser, and queen sized bed. The photo of the room shows a king sized bed, but that will be switched out with a queen. There is also a large backyard with an outside deck, and a parking spot is available in the driveway. All utilities are included in the price of rent. The current tenant has 2 dogs and would prefer a roommate without pets. Roommate must be ok with dogs.
