Renting Out 1 Room in My 4 Bedroom House in Richmond, TX - All Utilities Included

I am looking for someone to rent one of the rooms in my house. The room is upstairs and would be the only occupied room upstairs. The kitchen, laundry room and living room are all downstairs and are fully furnished. My room is downstairs as well. The layout of the house makes for great house sharing.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats that are all indoor animals. They roam free downstairs, but are not allowed upstairs where the rental room is. I hope whoever moves in likes animals.

Rent is inclusive of all utilities.
