I already have a few people interested in one room, so I'm looking for someone to fill the second - its an Oct. 1 move-in date, but the landlord needs the new lease signed by Aug. 1.
Roommates must be LGBT friendly (read: no homophobes).
As a roommate I'm very agreeable and accommodating. Things I value in a roommate - and try to offer - are open communication, respect, and responsibility. I can be as social as you're comfortable with but also welcome roommates who like to keep to themselves.

My current roommates are moving out of our beautiful 3 bedroom apt at the end of our lease (Sept. 30) but I plan on staying.
Although the lease ends 9/30, the landlord needs the new lease signed no later than 8/1. One of the rooms is available for an 8/1 move the other is available 10/1.
Amenities: central AC/heating, video intercom entry system, patio deck off the living room, laundry in building, dishwasher, newly renovated.
Located off the A/C trains at Nostrand and Kingston-Throop.
You will need to provide landlord with:
- photo id
- two current bank statements
- four recent pay stubs
- 2017 tax return
- have income at least 40x your share of the rent ($40,200)
