Hello, please READ before inquiring!

I will have a fully furnished room(bed, new beddings, dresser, nightstand, mirror, and a study/work desk) ready to move in by Feb 1st. PS: pictures show room unfurnished to give you an idea of the size. My house is a beautiful 3bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathrooms single family home located in the South Austin area.

Rent is $1,200/month which includes all utilities plus a parking spot in the garage and finally access to the community center with a beautiful pool, gym, lounge area, e.t.c (the pictures does not do justice to it, it is beautiful and all brand new). You will have your private room and private bathroom as well. Smart Washer and dryer is right next to your room. Lease will be Month to month; no long term commitment needed.

I am looking for a professional FEMALE who is responsible, clean, reliable, and trustworthy. You will be expected to clean after yourself. Please NO PETS allowed (nothing against pets, just not for me). All you would need to bring is your personal belongings.
