Hi! I'm a 28 year old software developer who is looking to fill a spot in a two/three person apartment, one year lease! The lease would be September to September.

The unit is, conveniently, located between Harvard and Central Square, and right off of Mass Ave., which gives you easy access to the red line.

Water is included in the rent, as well as one off-street parking spot. The unit, also, has a built in microwave and dishwasher, and there is a coin operated washer and dryer downstairs.

As for me, I'm pretty quiet, but I'm happy to hang out when I have free time (watch tv/movies, get something to eat or drink, watch sports, etc.). Also, I like to cook, and promise to do all the major cleaning.
