The apartment is located in Midcity, adjacent to Beverlywood, Midcity West, Pico Robertson, and Palms. It is one mile to the Expo line. (15 minute walk, depending on how fast you walk.) It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. There is a dog and cat onsite. No more pets!

Your rent would be $850 or $780 a month, utilities are on average $104 a month. That covers internet, gas and electric. The deposit is $1000.00 it is a security deposit. Your total move in would be $1850 or $1780 depending on which room you choose. The total rent for the entire apartment is $2598.00 No live in partners and if you were to have guests, a text letting your roommates know is required.

There is no AC, only a ceiling fan .

There is only street parking.

The roommate, cisgendered woman, an introvert. Who works as a Concierge Director. Quiet and respectful. Of Both space and privacy.

Looking for a roommate who is self aware, respectful, clean in community spaces, and can support themselves. You have to have a credit score of 700 or higher. The last person I liked the landlord denied because they had no credit.

I can show the apartment on the weekends, pretty much anytime and after 6pm Monday through Friday.
