1 bed/1 bath for rent with one roommate living here. Pets okay as long as they get along with the current dog (who loved my cats when I lived there). Pet will also have to be approved by the management company.

I’m leaving my lease early to move in with my partner, so looking for someone to take over. Preference will be given to other women/NB’s and to someone who will want to renew the lease at the end of January.
