I’m very laid back and a big home body - so expect me to be there often. I love doing yoga, riding bikes, walking my pup (i have a 3 yr old pug) , checking out bars and restaurants, farmers markets, animal rescue and reading. I do travel some and expect to be away some 🙂 if it seems like a fit I’ll send you a few more questions and feel free to do the same.

$1,250 / 1400ft2 - Private room & bath in 2 bed Wicker Park condo
Looking for 6 month lease starting Sept 15 or Oct 1. (Option to renew at end of 6 month- some flexibility on these terms)
Both private bedroom and bathroom have just been painted white. The room is furnished with a comfortable queen sized bed and computer desk. Note that the desk in the picture has been replaced w/ a floating desk which allows for more space. Plenty of closet space to store your stuff in the bedroom closet and some additional space to store luggage or other items in hall closets! You will also have you own bathroom that has a full tub, medicine cabinet and under the sink storage (newly painted all white). The living spaces are fully furnished, highspeed WIFI and central AC (included in rent). The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking. I can make space if you have some of your own you want to bring. There is a washer and dryer in the unit that you would obviously be welcome to at any time! Bike parking on back deck if you need it !
The master bedroom and bathroom sits in the back of the house and has a private entrance and exit. It allows for us to not always be bumping into each other when coming and going 🙂
The house has cool decor, is kept clean and is generally pretty quiet. Given its a condo, the owners here generally are super respectful and considerate. I do have a dog, so you must be okay with a little shedding, walkers coming by,and pup activity around the house.
