Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in a home near Sheridan and 1st St. Available December 1st but the move in date is flexible and can be prorated.
Monthly rent includes water and trash at a flat rate of $899.78. The electric and internet bills are shared between tenants. An office space/den is available for additional, negotiable rate. If not rented out, it can be used as a guest bedroom.
The home is located near two green spaces with trails. Easy access to downtown, Sloan lake and Belmar.
Privacy, fenced in backyard with a storage building for any additional storage or work space needs. The basement also has plenth of room for storage. The living room is shared with one other person, although she doesn't use it. It will be unfurnished, so you're welcome to furnish it however you like!
The house is currently all women in their early 30s and older. The home is quiet, no wild parties but the occasional BBQ in warmer seasons. A small dog lives on the main floor, where the available roo. Is. Two tenants live downstairs but have their own bathroom, living room and private entrance. The kitchen and laundry room are shared.
