Coulter L - $2,300/month

Hey everyone! My name is Coulter. I am a recent grad, initially from New Hampshire, but I went to school on the central coast in SLO. I studied construction engineering and will be working just below Chinatown for a contractor.

I love to play soccer, run, exercise, and explore. Huge weekend trip person. So on the weekends this winter, I will probably be in Tahoe snowboarding or exploring the northern coast.

I am a pretty clean person. I am extremely clean in shared spaces. The tidiness of my personal space tends to be directly related to my mood, so I make an effort to keep things clean.

Most of the time, I will cook dinner and breakfast, big pancakes and waffles on the weekend, with some Premier League or La Liga to go along with it.
