I am a single professional adult male (working in education) looking to rent out a furnished bedroom + private bathroom (exclusive use of second condo bathroom). The condo is a 2 bed 2 bath condo in a boutique downtown building (Church and Gloucester).

I am seeking a single professional. Prefer male/male identified and long term. Must be Queer positive. The furnished room has a queen bed and lots of storage. High speed wifi and all utilities are included in the rent ($1,600 monthly). No pets, no parking at the moment (a spot may become available in the new year), and no smoking.

The location is excellent; 15 minute walk to the University of Toronto, a 30 minute walk to George Brown college, and less than a 10 minute walk to three subway stations (Yonge/Bloor, Wellesley or Sherbourne).

The Building is very quiet and on a beautiful tree-lined street. We have a gym, squash court, outdoor pool, outdoor recreation areas including a rooftop patio, as well as on-site laundry.
