The room that's $1000 has lots of closet space and private bathroom. The $900 room is only slightly smaller and has the bathroom separate from the room. I am open to either bedroom, so you can choose.We are in walking distance to all the great restaurants, breweries, and fun things in North Park. Located just off University Ave. near 30th St. $500 deposit. The management company will require you to do an application for them online. It will have a $30 application fee. Utilities about $30/mo. Need someone to move in JUNE 16th. Please no cats, dogs maybe.
