The bedroom is unfurnished, bout 10.5x12, and fits a full/queen bed. Wide closet with double hanging bars.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 3 family home (walk up), gets a lot of light, and has a balcony, in unit laundry, and central air. There is a third bedroom is currently being used for storage/yoga/ as a guest room.

The lease starts June 1 for a year with first/security due at signing. Waiting to get the new lease, but rent should be about $1500 (a 2% increase from this year). Utilities are not included and run about $150 per person each month.

Less than 10 minute walk to the Church Ave stop on the 2/5 and about 15 minutes to the B/Q, with a lot of bus options nearby.

No indoor smoking, no pets, and no couples please.

About Me/Looking for: I am in my 30s, female, and a teacher. I like coming home to a calm home after a hectic day.
