The room is 13 1/2 feet by 10 feet 3 inches, plus a closet. One bedroom window faces East, the other faces South, so the room gets lots of light.

It's a 12 minute walk to the N/W trains (Astoria/Ditmars Blvd stop). It's 15 minutes to Manhattan on N/W train. Train leaves every 5 minutes weekday mornings.

It’s 2 blocks to a Q100 express bus stop.

Note: It's a 3 bedroom apartment, and one of the bedrooms will be yours and fully private for you, but you'll have 3 roommates (2 female and 1 male); I sleep in the living room. We are quiet (watch Netflix with headphones at night), respectful and super easy to get a long with.
