Hi, everyone. My name is Kevin and I'm looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom apartment that I recently moved into in Somerville.

The place: The room is $1250 a month (not including utilities) and is available now until 8/31/23. The option to move-in before 10/1 is also available. First and last month will be required at move-in. The apartment is located in Somerville in a great location between Union and Davis Square. The location is very commuter-friendly with bus access as well as the upcoming Gilman Square Green Line station and Community Path and fairly close to the Porter Square red line station.

About me: I work as a video editor, voice-over artist, 2D artist.

On my own time, I'm a PC and console gamer; mostly playing Final Fantasy XIV Online and Dead by Daylight with friends (I've been gaming with the same online group since 2007). I'm also a smalltime Twitch and YouTube streamer. Additionally, I love movies (mostly horror) and sci-fi. I also listen to lots of heavy metal music (but with headphones, of course).

I like to live with roommates who have much of the same interests as I do as there's nothing I enjoy more than nerding with like-minded people who share the same interests. But even if not, I'm very open-minded and respectful of others' interests, too. As a roommate, I'm always respectful, considerate, easy-going, and quiet. I enjoy socializing but also enjoy my own time, too.

I rarely drink and don't smoke. I don't cook much either, but, when I do, it's pretty simple. I always keep common areas and my own space clean and organized (though I wouldn't say I'm a neat freak).
