Hello! I am 33, female, and I'm looking for a female roommate also in her 30s who shares a similar lifestyle to me: eco-conscious, sustainable, active, healthy eating/cooking and is a morning person. I'm looking for social roommates that are interested in being friends and like having guests. Someone who prefers to hang out in the living room rather than in her own room! Musicians welcome since I play a few instruments. The house has an upright piano.

This 3-bedroom house has 1 room available that is spacious with nice windows. The room is $1000/month. It has a ceiling fan and walk-in closet. It's about 10 x14 ft (or 10 x 18 ft including the closet). The shared bathroom has a shower and tub. The house has solar panels, a solar-heated saltwater pool, and a yard I'm turning into a large garden (I am a former organic farmer). So roommates that are ok with composting food waste:) The kitchen has a juicer, food processor, stand-up mixer, beaters, spice grinder, toaster oven, immersion blender, bean/nut milk maker, bread machine and kitchen scale.
Another roommate has just moved into the third bedroom.

TV free shared living room. We can pull out a TV for movies though.
There is currently one indoor/outdoor cat, and we cannot accommodate dogs.
No disposable paper/plastic products (like paper plates, plastic cups, paper towels).
Washer/dryer. Easy street parking. Close bus stop.
Sprouts grocery store is 0.6 mile walk, as is a Starbucks, library, a few restaurants.
Non-smoking.
