Looking to find a roommate to rent a 3-4 bedroom house with in the Sammamish/Issaquah area. I have a 7 and 5 year old. We’ve had 3 roommates in the last 3 years so they’re very respectful to others space & inside volumes. All the last roommates have loved living with them & was sad to move along with their lives without them haha.
I work full time & we try to be home as minimal as possible!
Prefer no pets, but willing to work it out if there’s a dog. No cats due to allergies. We can either just be roommates or best friends, I have no preference haha! I have an occasional kid free weekend which would be weekends I’d go out, but wouldn’t come home loud or obnoxious. Very respectful & would appreciate the same in return.
