Neighborhood has a large community pool and tennis court available for use! Parking is always available and you never need to add your car to any list or anything. We are within 2 mins of the 5 freeway. Nearby is a target, Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s and more. We’re about 9mins from the Irvine Spectrum. (TV mount included in room). Bathroom is shared with my 9 year old and cleaning responsibilities are shared (me and you). Price includes room, utilities, cleaning supplies and shared household supplies.
