Available Room for Rent

I'm a gay male and have always lived with females which has worked very well for me in the past. I can even provide reverse references if that makes anyone more comfortable! That said, I am open to anyone that feels right. The right roommate must love dogs. Sorry, this is a 1 pet only place.

This is an older building/unit. There are 2 floors. Living space / kitchen upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. There's 1.5 bathrooms, the half bathroom would be for whomever moves in to get ready and fill with all their things. In unit wash/dryer and a dishwasher.

The room is definitely on the smaller side and has a ton of natural light. The closet is also on the smaller side. The apartment itself is larger so what the room lacks in size the rest of the space makes up for I guess. There's an old bed in there that can be removed or throw a new mattress cover on and it's all yours. There is also a small nightstand and mirror.
