Hi everyone! I have a two bedroom two bath, that I am looking for one other person to split with (Move in Aug 1). It is 1120 sqft and the total rent is $1,745 (so around 873 per person). Rent includes: Sewage, Garbage, Water and has in unit washer/dryer. We also have a pool and jacuzzi inside our gated community which is just across the street from The Living Cafe
