Great apartment for a young professional between the ages of 27-34. This is a large apartment for a 1-year lease beginning August 1st. It has 2 bathrooms 3 bedrooms and two floors. Because of the location, this is a perfect apartment for a pilot, flight attendant, or traveling nurse that needs easy access to O’hare. $1900 split between 3 roommates.

About me: I am a young professional who just finished my second master's in May. I am a college professor and political analyst/consultant. I am known to be a very considerate roommate.

About the other roommate: Nathan works in logistics and plays with a band on the side. He is also an active runner and plant dad of a lot of botanical children. He is also incredibly considerate.

About the apartment:
Located in Avondale (on the border of Logan Square), the apartment is two floors with a large kitchen and large backyard. Very close to restaurants, bars, gyms, and grocery stores. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer and a backyard. There are free and permit parking accessible in the area. It is a 3-minute walk from a major blue line station and CTA busses, perfect for a pilot, flight attendant, or traveling nurse that needs easy access to O’hare.

Bedroom fits a queen plus a desk and dresser.
