Condo on the Greenbelt

Condo located along the Greenbelt near Chaparral Park with two pools and a hot tub. Also located near the canal for walks/dog walks. Mostly snowbirds and rentals here, quite neighborhood near Old Town and the 101. Room faces south, has a large closet, and offers a private bathroom. Shared living room, dining room, and kitchen, all already furnished. Just bring your bedroom and bathroom stuff and you’re set. Also some storage space outside. Wi-Fi included, just split electric. No HOA or other utilities.

Late 20’s professional that works in downtown Phoenix. I work hybrid, 2 days at least in the office and 3 at home. Love music, cooking, and running. I try to be out of the house as much as possible. One large dog on sight, he’s an absolute legend and loves people. You are not responsible for the dog at all, but are welcome to walk, play, and love him as your own! Other dogs okay depending on reactivity and size.
