Jake L - $1,850/month

Hello, I am looking for a pet friendly place, and am happy to pay a pet deposit alongside a regular deposit. My name is Jake, I am a 28 years old, currently living in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. I’ve been wanting to relocate to Vancouver for a few years now, and would like to do so this winter.

I have been working full time as a tattoo artist for 6 years, and have employment arranged at licensed shop in Vancouver (Mt. Pleasant area).

My job takes up a lot of my time, and most of my ‘hobbies’ are related to it. Outside of art/tattooing, I enjoy cooking, outdoor activities like camping, fishing, kayaking.

I have a 4 year old Aus cattle dog mix named Philly, I would describe his temperature as typically quite, he normally will not bark at things like a door bell/door knocking. He is extremely friendly with humans of any age, well mannered and good at reading peoples comfort/discomfort levels, physically, he’s about 18” tall at shoulder height.
