I’m looking to rent a 1-bedroom with 1-bathroom. The living room, kitchen & balcony are fully furnished. You will just need to bring things for your bedroom & bathroom.

To move in:
First months rent
1-month security deposit

Total rent:
Comes with 1-assigned Parking Spot
$1,350/mo
$40/mo for a maid to clean common areas once per month
Utilities to pay are WiFi & Electricity split between the both of us
Rent covers water, basic cable, sewage & trash
