Beautiful Home in need of Roommate in East Nashville

Hi Everyone! My home is a beautiful 3bd/3b in northern Cleveland Park, East Nashville, TN. I recently purchased the home and will be moving in January 2023. The house was built in 2018. The appliances and architecture are modern and clean. I am looking for at least 1 roommate to fill in one of the rooms. You will have your own bathroom and closets. The room is part of a Jack & Jill room set up with a connecting bathroom. So far, I do not have plans for the other room yet. I am open to renting it out if you have a friend you would like to live with, or maybe turn it into the office. If it is an office, I will keep the door closed and it will still be your private bathroom. I have a small long-haired dachshund that is very friendly and loves other dogs. This house is pet-friendly and we have a fenced-backyard with a firepit. There is laundry, wifi, and parking. If you have any questions, please reach out!
