All of the appliances are great and include a dishwasher as well as washer and drier in-unit. The kitchen is fully equipped but there is still plenty of space in the cupboards. There is plenty of storage space for your things. There is off-street parking included. No smoking building.

Your two future roommates are ca. 30 yr old males working in athletics and academia, respectively. We're very laid back but we pick up after ourselves.

No pets, room is for 1 person only. $1600 to move in: $800 first month's rent and $800 security deposit. Proof of employment required.
