Masculinely furnished with a Queen bed with a new memory foam mattress and leather headboard, double door armoire, dresser, night stands, coffee table, wall mounted 40 TV with the included Netflix and Sling TV streaming services, blu ray player, air conditioner, Hepa Air Filtration machine, Dyson fan, dorm refrigerator, Google Home, Alexa and it still has room for a sofa, love seat or I don't know a sling. . . hey who am I to judge.. The lighting in the apartment is all Philips Hue, they all controlled via your phone or any of the Google Home devices or Alexa located throughout the apartment. Bathroom is big, shower and tub so tall guys can take a bath without any discomfort.
The kitchen is completely decked out lots of dishes pots pans. I live in one end of the apartment and the room that's available is located at the other end of the apartment. You won't find a living room in the apartment as I have turned it into my bedroom/office. The room that is available has Optimum online Ethernet with WiFi. Electric is not included in the rent and is runs about 50.00 per month each in the winter and about 100.00 per month each when the air is on. Laundry is a block away but they always pick up and deliver if you don't like wasting your time doing that kind of thing. Brooklyn College 6 blocks away. Midwood Athletic Field with Tennis Courts and 0.50 mile Track open to the public. Buses, B and Q subway one block away.
