Looking for a new tenant to take over the master bedroom in a charming 2,790-square-foot Victorian home in Capitol Hill. House includes 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a spacious fenced-in yard, stained-glass windows, updated electricity and appliances, a garage, and storage room.

You would be one of three total tenants occupying the house.

The 333 SQ FT Master bedroom has bay windows, an ensuite bathroom, and a separate entrance (through the garage).

Common Areas:
Spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, sun porch, entryway, half bath, garage, driveway, and yard

Painting:
Room can be painted whatever color you like.

Furniture:
Room is unfurnished. Common areas are furnished but there’s plenty of space for more. The existing furniture is fairly nice/expensive, so if you’re super accident-prone and tend to damage things often, this might not be a great fit… lol.

Pets:
The existing tenants already have 3 cats total. Please keep this in mind. Additional small animals considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cleaning:
We use a chore list to divide tasks. It’s not a strict regimen, it just serves as a general guide to ensure that no one feels like they’re doing significantly more than anyone else.

6 or 12 months

October 1st (possibly sooner if requested)
