Two chill guys, inner SE, looking for a like-minded roommate. Looking for a professional in their 30’s - 40’s who pays rent and bills on time, respects the household and helps with house chores. We are relatively clean, don’t party at the house and spend our time at home relaxing, looking for someone who shares those sentiments and wants a nice chill place to relax after the day is done. Respect for the house and fellow roommates is essential and we are usually pretty good about talking over problems. The home is across the street from a park and is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants and other services. The room is $800 and available at the beginning of March. The room is the Master bedroom and has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Gas, electricity and internet run around $65-$75/each a month, water is around $100 every 3 months.
