2 Rooms in a BRAND NEW 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house!
This BRAND NEW house was just recently finished being constructed early in December 2019. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1700 sq ft single family home with a 2 car garage and a good size private backyard. All single story homes surround it, on a very private and quiet street in the back of the neighborhood.
Rent is $700 per room if rented separately plus 1/2 of utilities, which includes Electricity, Gas, Internet, and Water/Sewer/Trash. If the 3rd room gets rented then it drops to 1/3 of utilities per room.
If you rent BOTH rooms I will give you a big discount and only charge $1300 per month (only $650/month each), plus 2/3 of utilities. This only applies to ONE person renting both rooms (not a couple, two people must pay the individual room rate).
You must be working a steady job and have proof of income.
