Hi,

I balance my time between relaxing at home, working out, or social dinners/gatherings(Like most people being cautious during Covid-19, though, I'm limiting my current social gatherings in/outside the home).

I’m renting out a room with an en-suite bathroom & walk-in closet.

I have housekeeping come every 2 weeks to clean the common areas(at no additional cost to you). The services can be extended to your room.

Utilities included: trash valet MWF A.M.s, water, electricity, security system, internet/WiFi.

My prospective roommate:
-Will have to pass a background check (est. $40. I'm willing to reimburse cost once we sign lease agreement).
-Sign a lease agreement. I prefer to do 6 months to 12-month-agreements. I will consider month-to-month for the right situation.

*Month-to-month: $1,025/month
*Three-month term: $975/month
*Six-month term: $950/month
*Twelve-month term:$900/month
-Pay security deposit equaling to one month’s rent.

I have 3 furkids. Yes, you can cuddle them. 🐶

-Pay first month.
-Be self-sufficient, clean, tidy, and respectful(of property, too).
