2.) I have an Advanced Diploma in Business Admin. : Human Resources. I graduated a few months ago from George Brown College(Toronto Downtown).

3.) I am on my work permit, but currently not employed but I can provide you with proof of financial support. Plus, I can give you post-dated checks or pay you in cash for the monthly rent if you want. I have a car.

4.) I can be both morning and evening person depending on the situation. I don't smoke, I don't consume alcohol, no parties, I don't make noise, I prefer living in a clean place and I will be the only one living in the apartment.
