I'm looking for a vegan roommate for a room in a private house. The room has a full size bed, a desk with a chair, bedside lamps, a mini fridge, and a microwave oven. The rent of $750/month includes utilities, WiFi, toiletries (paper towels and bathroom tissue), filtered water, laundry room supplies, and use of washing machine and dryer. However, no pets, alcohol, drugs, or smoking allowed. Preference for a vegan with no criminal record and a stable source of income.
