This platform doesn't let me select our actual situation. It's me and my two sons, ages 11 & 13, who need a room. For over a year we've been sharing a room at a friend's house. Our setup is a loft bed with a full mattress underneath and that has been good enough for us.
My wife is going to veterinary school out of the country for the next 2 years, so ideally we can find a place for that long. I have been a pet sitter for 20 years. I don't smoke/vape or drink, but don't mind if you do. My boys love gaming and spend most of their down time doing that.
