On March 1, we will have a one bedroom available in our beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on 7th Avenue in Park Slope, just two avenues from the park and a block from F and G train. We are looking for someone to rent one of the rooms out starting March 1 through June 1 with possible option to stay longer. You can move in the weekend before on Feb 26th.

The Apartment: Fantastic location just two avenues from Prospect Park, one short block to the F/G trains and three avenues to the R. All of the great restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and shopping that Park Slope has to offer are literally right outside your door.
We have the entire top floor of a very quiet building -- there is only one other apartment below us.
The large apartment has two bathrooms, a private roof, a shared yard, central A/C, a W/D, very tall ceilings, hardwood floors, big windows, and tons of storage space.
Additional amenities also include a dishwasher and lots of cabinet space.

About Us: The apartment is currently two men and one woman in their early 30s. We work hard and play hard but are VERY respectful of our space and ALWAYS pick up after ourselves.

The Details: Rent is $1500 per month.
This does not include internet, electric and water, but divided by 4, it's not bad at all.
