I am looking for a new roommate in my home.
We are clean, organized, quiet, mature men who are 35-60 years old. We are focused on working and living our lives, we don't party. We are chill and low key.
No smoking or marijuana.
We have gig speed fiber optic internet. It's located close to downtown beaverton. Lots of stuff within walking distance.
Awesome efficient Mini-split AC/heat.
It's currently furnished but can be unfurnished with a year lease. Month to Month is fine if you take it furnished.
Large yard with gym.
no pets or kids.
Rent is $800. I have a maid that comes every week. TP, soap and stuff included. Everything you’d expect in an Airbnb and utilities for another $150. So the total a month is $950.
I do a background check which is $40 through keycheck. I do collect a security deposit of one month's rent which is refundable.
