You would be sharing the house with me (58) and my child (recent college grad - 24). We are friendly and kind, but fairly introverted. We are both out of the house most of the day for work. Weekdays I'm up and gone before 6am, Danny leaves later in the morning. We live quiet, drama free lives. We have a friend or two over for a family style dinner at least a few days a week. You would be welcome to join us, or pass. I would list my hobbies as cooking, reading, gardening, and photography, but honestly, from a "time spent" standpoint, my hobbies are actually working, cleaning, yard work and home improvement.

Each person’s room is their private sanctuary. All other areas of the house are shared living spaces. All shared living spaces need to be kept clean and tidy. There is safe street parking for your vehicle, and plenty of room in the garage for another motorcycle or bicycle. The house is has central A/C.
Easy access to I-70 via Ward Road or Kipling. Easy walking distance to grocery, fast food, etc. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Roughly 64th and Ward. Google the distance to locations important to you.
$800mo., utilities included / $800 refundable security deposit / $400 refundable pet deposit, if applicable
Utilities provided include gas/electric, water, trash, and internet.
Prefer month to month initially to insure a good fit for everyone. After a few months, we can discuss a longer term lease, if that would make you feel more comfortable. I’m fine leaving it month to month indefinitely.
Lease agreement, even for month to month, for everyone’s protection.
Background check required prior to signing lease agreement.

Negotiable:
May be willing to accommodate a well behaved dog. Home has sm/med dog doors installed from a previous dog. Currently, the only pets in the home are saltwater fish.
May be willing to offer basement bedroom for an additional cost, which would give you a private bedroom / private bath.
