I'm currently looking for a roommate to sign a year lease for a 2 bedroom apt for a NOVEMBER 15th or DECEMBER 1st move-in date ASAP!

I would like to meet potential roommates first to see how compatible we are living together first then we can start looking for an apt together.

I'm a fashion designer (working mainly in corporate design world, I have a hybrid work schedule but I mainly work from home) & writer, 420 friendly, LGBTQ friendly, vaccinated, I'm pretty chill love reading, writing, working out, chilling with friends, and working on the main side projects I have going on.

I would prefer to live with a woman and I would like to live with a clean person and someone that is very responsible and pays bills on time. And I'd like to live with someone that is between the ages, 21 - 35 years old.

My budget is within $1000 - $1150 max for my end, so it'd be like a $2000 - $2300 rent max I'm aiming for. The areas I would like to live in is; Brooklyn (cause it's my home borough :) - Clinton Hill, Bed-Stuy, crown heights, Flatbush, prospect heights, Prospect Lefferts garden, park slope, Fort Greene, Bushwick, Manhattan - Harlem, Queens- Astoria, Long Island City, & ridge wood
