This apartment is close to various prime locations like UCF and Waterford Lakes Town Center.

Duration: Long or Short Term (I have lease until Feb 2025 which can be extended)
Utilities: Electricity+Water+Wifi+Trash+ Concierge (Roughly between $150-$200 which will be equally divided)
