Renting a one bedroom in a 1930's Spanish home in the up and coming neighborhood of City Terrace. 3.8 miles from Downtown LA and 0.7 miles from Cal State LA. Cool Coffee shop across the street, as well as a new restaurant. Vegan Mexican food nearby and Panaderias for your morning coffee and sweet fix. Room has its own entrance. A 1/2 bathroom. Room is furnished with a queen size bed, cabinet/coffee table, a chair and a desk.

Owner and her mother reside here. About me- Just turned 40, work in television. A busy professional. Mom is retired. She likes Korean television, cooking. and gardening. There's one cool dog in the house who loves people and snacks. We keep a clean and mellow home.

Looking for a Non-Smoker, student or someone gainfully employed (at least a year at your current job) with good credit and clean house sensibilities. What I mean by that is, you don't leave dirty dishes lying around, you like to keep a clean and tidy space, you will clean your bathroom regularly. I work hard to keep this place up so just looking for someone who respects their living space and mine.

Utilities and trash included in the price. It's an all in. Would love someone who can stay at least 6 months but open to temp stays for folks doing residencies or working in production.

The room will require a 50% deposit.
