I'm a young college grad currently looking for 1 new roommate to join our lease in Southeast Portland. I'm a quiet person who mostly keeps to himself, but I like to keep a clean and calm living environment that lets everyone feel at home. Our roommate is similarly well mannered. If you're also a like-minded young person who needs a place in Portland, I believe I might be the perfect fit! The place is a duplex, with our unit on the upper level. There is a bathroom with a shower and in the basement that we share with the other tennants there is a washer and dryer. This location has easy access to public transportation and the convenience of a nearby Trader Joes just down the street. The neighborhood is walkable and features a popular coffee shop as well as many other great neighborhood businesses.
