Beautiful master bed and bath available in Santa Monica. Place is walking distance from the beach, beautiful hardwood floors, and updated kitchen and appliances.Your room is essentially the master and has a bathroom attached. (Ask for photos) You’ll be living with a 22 year old Female who works a 9-5 corporate job in LA. There is one parking spot that my roommate and I alternate by week. But there is always street parking available and it is super easy to find parking. Nice neighbors, gated property, and quiet! Available October but I am flexible!
