We have a room available in our gorgeous 4-bedroom Mar Vista home with additional storage space, onsite laundry, and street parking galore with no time limits!
About us:  We’re creative professionals in our 30s to 40s who have lived together for 5 years  • Maeri: Production designer & artist  • Kate: Creative director / hairstylist  • Jess: Owner / entertainment director of an aerial studio
We love cooking, low-key hangouts, and keeping the house calm and cozy. Home is our sanctuary. You’d also be sharing space with Batman, our Frenchie/Boston mix, and Nigel the beta fish. We sometimes host small bonfires, workshops, and art gatherings.
Vibez/What we’re looking for:  A woman, working professional, clean, grounded, and community-minded. Someone who enjoys a peaceful, intentional home, likes plants and cozy creative spaces, and appreciates occasional gatherings.
Details:
Private bedroom with shared bathroom. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate and includes Jacuzzi tub and stand alone shower.
Unfurnished but option for some furniture in room if needed.
Rent: $1825 per month + utilities
Deposit: $2500 there will be a credit check upon application
Parking: Street parking (no street sweeping/restrictions!) & driveway
Laundry: In house
Utilities: Split equally 4 ways. (approximately $50-100 each)
