My name is Kat and I currently live in Crown Heights with my two cats and am seeking 1 roommate for a 3bd/1ba apartment. This will be my second year living here and I'm looking for awesome, chill people.
I’m a 30-year-old working professional who works 8-5 pm in the Financial District in a support role. Occasionally I do work from home but this isn’t incredibly common. I’m a relatively quiet individual who respects boundaries and cleans up after herself. When I’m home, I’m usually resting or watching some Netflix. I usually wake up around 6:15 and am out the door by 7 am. I go to sleep anywhere from 10-12 am.
In my spare time, I love to sing karaoke, play ukulele, attend comic cons and gaming cons, concerts, and go to the movies.

1 room available in a pet-friendly 3 bd/1 ba apartment in a 5th floor walkup, which also leads up to rooftop access.
You’ll be joining me and 2 cats for a 12-month lease starting May 31st.
-Room has one skylight window, can fit a queen-sized bed and some other furniture. No closet. ($900)
Due to current circumstances, no visits allowed but I can provide video tours.
