4 rooms: master bedroom (ours), office (for your use as needed), guest room, & room for rent.
We have our own bathroom in the Master, & the second one is for your/guests usage.
There is a garage with a stacked gym & washer/dryer, backyard with fire pit & grill, game room with pool table & ping pong.
Tenant will have full access to the house.
We have a senior dog who doesn’t bother anyone. Pets are welcome.
Internet & Utilities included, except asking to split the electric bill.
$1300/month for single individual
Will rent to couples for $1800 (& half electric bill).
Will consider short-term rental, 9 months max.
