I am 47 years young, currently working nights as a Psych Tech in Stockton while preparing to take my NCLEX! I am kind, approachable, and deeply appreciate a peaceful, serene lifestyle. You will find me home most days doing yoga, reading, catching up on shows, or cooking in the main kitchen with my dogs. It is just me and my 17-year-old daughter, who is very quiet, goes to school, and works.

Our Living Arrangement & Privacy: To ensure everyone has maximum privacy, this home is split. My daughter and I utilize the upstairs and the downstairs main open-concept living room/kitchen area as our private family space. Your premium studio suite is located downstairs, giving you a completely independent sanctuary. While we won’t be sharing common living spaces, I am always happy to share home-cooked food when paths cross, and we can chat as we pass each other in the hallway!

The space is best suited for 1 person. A fully box trained cat is negotiable.
