Arlington area room for rent

First, I’d like to say that when I set up this account it did not give me any options for Arlington so I chose downtown little way off.
I do live in my home and I rent out two rooms in my home
As you can tell in the pictures, they are beautiful
I do have a cat in a home so if you have allergies or just don’t like cats, this would not be a good fit. You do need your own transportation as The bus stop is over a mile away.. I am 2.2 miles north of JU
This is a very quiet safe neighborhood and we need to keep it that way
I really prefer males JU students are very welcome no guest on the property at all . And if you enjoy cooking, I just did a total beautiful rehab kitchen. If you’d like to grill, there is a charcoal grill on the patio if you’d like to get your grill on. Both rooms you’ll have your own refrigerator and there is a desk for a workspace
