I’m currently renting and working full time in North Jersey. Looking to rent an apartment near the West New York area or in NYC.
Prefer a roommate to keep common areas clean, be open minded, doesn’t have to be spiritual but I do use a lot of incense and oils.
I’d want to share space with those who are POC and LGBTQ+ Friendly- I have of friends of mixed races and who are lgbtq+and would want them to feel comfortable if/when they come over
